Join us as an Intern in our HR Operations Department! In your role as an HR intern, you will be exposed to the Employee Life Cycle and responsible for life cycle processes (including personal data changes, leaves of absence, promotions, terminations). This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in HR administration, including documents preparation, background checks, benefits administration, absence management, as well as HR systems, including transaction processing and approvals. The role requires strong interaction with BBH employees and HR teams locally and globally. As an intern, you will provide regular support to more senior colleagues within the HR team and will be able to handle some HR processes/small projects independently. You will also be encouraged to share your ideas and recommendations to support the continuous improvement efforts of the HR Operations team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling documentation related to employees’ leaves of absence, benefits, personal data changes etc.
  • HR transactions processing and approvals
  • Direct contact with employees, as well as with other HR teams
  • Managing an on-line HR requests system
  • Preparing basic HR reports if needed
  • Supporting the team with any ongoing tasks and projects

Desired Qualifications:
  • Currently in 3rd, 4th, or final year of university or a graduate in HR, Psychology, Sociology, or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details, ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion
  • PC proficiency, specifically in MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
  • Fluent English & Polish
  • Weekly availability min. 30hrs
